Deposit notice:

A Payment of a non-refundable deposit of £ 100 per person is required within 3 days of your
booking to confirm your accommodation request. If your deposit is not received within this
time, the accommodation may be re-let.  Please make cheques payable to J. Cooksley - thank you.

Cancellation Charge

Please be aware that if a booking is cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival and we are unable to relet your room, we reserve the right to charge the equivalent of 80% of the total accommodation originally booked. This is standard in the hospitality industry and a booking is a legal contract between both parties. Personal circumstances will of course be considered.

Overall, an E-mail correspondence can take 2 or 3 days meanwhile other people will have contacted us
by phone and arranged their holiday!
