We are open all year give or take a few days
All rates are per night on a room Bed & Breakfast basis. A minimum of two nights stay is required over a weekend and three days over a bank holiday. Access to rooms is from 4pm on the day of arrival. If you would like to come earlier then please contact us to discuss arrangements.
Deposit
A Payment of a non-refundable deposit of £100 per person is required within 3 days of your booking to confirm your accommodation request. If your deposit is not received within this time, the accommodation may be re-let. Please make cheques payable to J. Cooksley - thank you.
Cancellation
Please be aware that if a booking is cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival and we are unable to relet your room, we reserve the right to charge the equivalent of 80% of the total accommodation originally booked. This is standard in the hospitality industry and a booking is a legal contract between both parties.

We accept payment by cheque (Payable to "Lower Barn"), debit cards and credit cards (no American Express). Provisional bookings will be held for 48 hours and then released.
