Lower Barn B&B Room and suite facilities in Bosue, Cornwall

Lower Barn has that Boutique style and feel. Fresh individually designed and decorated rooms will greet you on arrival. Indulgently dressed beds with irresistible duckdown duvets and the best white cotton sheets beckon you in and tempt you to dive into them - even though it's only half past three!

We have a choice of four large bedrooms for your stay at Lower Barn:

The Hideaway

This unique building has a beach hut feel with its wooden shingle roof, and timber planking, set on its own in the Garden, stunningly decorated with super king size bed and very private. It is Honeymoon heaven. It has an en suite bathroom with free standing bath - ideal for a candlelit soak with a glass of wine or two.

Garden Suite

Lovely suite overlooking the garden with a large bedroom and adjoining conservatory room with comfy chairs for sitting and relaxing in. The super King size bed is tempting with its stylish throws and headboard and look out for Mike's paintings on the walls. Stylish en suite shower room with limestone tiles.

Lawnside Suite

Another lovely room with its own conservatory and views over the garden. A double luxury bed with Janie's classy throws and cushions to tempt your senses. Another super shower room with glass bricks and stylish fittings.

The Hayloft

This room has two levels. Downstairs is a Super King size bed (or Twin) and upstairs a further bedroom with twin beds. It has lovely soft furnishing' and comfy chairs to relax you and an ensuite wet room. This room suite is very Family friendly with two levels so mum and dad can have some quality time on their own and just chill out whilst the children sleep upstairs. It can also be let as a double room, in which case the upstairs room will not be used.

Hayloft is wheelchair friendly with its roll in shower and wet room, shower chair and outside a ramp leading to the room and the dining area.
